My mentor (thanks Todd Warren ) pointed out that I neglect to post jewelry pics of pieces from my cases ready to keep or gift! It’s true. I feel a little shy about these designs, I guess. Hand Carved in wax & cast in 14ky. Finishing and setting this gorgeous OMC diamond with my (always) messy hands! This vintage signet style setting is on trend, so classic, and perfect for this stone. This style of setting has been around since before King Tut! History stated that his preserved remains were found and he was wearing a similar ring (no diamond signet style ring) Now that is VINTAGE!

Did you know that the pearl is the only biological gemstone?

Technically pearls are a defense mechanism!
When anything sharp invades a mollusk shell they coat the sharp piece with a protein called Nacre. This protects their soft tissue and produces a Pearl! It takes a minimum of two years for a pearl to form, and it’s a challenge to find perfectly round, matching colors and graduated strands. Nature is truly magical!!!
