I would like to thank everyone who has supported me in the past. I have decided I’m going to be deleting my business page and I have created a group for all my endeavors. I’m back and I have been doing some research lately. I have always felt this was the proper way to describe Navajo Pearls but I wasn’t sure what else to call them. Now I know and I don’t want to misrepresent any of the products that I am offering for sale. With that said here is what I have to share….

“So legit Navajo pearls are handmade by a Navajo artist. So each bead is handmade. Normally good handmade Navajo pearls are strung on a chain or foxtail. They come shiny and oxidized.

Oxidized pearls or oxy pearls are machine made. They are sterling silver. Generally they are strung on beadwire, tho I have had some that were strung on foxtail. They are advertised as Navajo pearls a lot, but not a true Navajo Pearl. And they are what you will see advertised for sale a lot. And they are significantly less expensive than handmade real Navajo pearls. I’ve also seen them called desert pearls and cowgirl pearls.” ~ Jason Og

I don’t want to mistakenly take credit for something that I have not done and for now on I will be calling the type of sterling silver pearls that I make and string “Cowgirl Pearls”. Most of my cowgirl pearls are resourced from an established company in New Mexico call SunWest Silver.

Hi everyone! I’m sorry I have been very MIA lately. The true is life got me and with that my little business and it’s social media went on the back burner.

With that said as for the raffle bracelet…. I would love to announce the winner. However, the winner is going to use the bracelet as a gift and I do not want to spoil the surprise. As soon as it has been gifted I will make the announcement. I’m sorry to keep yall waiting for an answer even longer than you have already waited. I would like to say thank you and that I truly appreciate everyone’s participation. I am very grateful for the love and support.

I also wanted to let y’all know there has been and will be more changes happening with my business through the new year. First off, I will not be making anymore hats. I know I have made this announcement before but I’m deciding to close this chapter in my life. Secondly, I will in fact be selling my hat making business. I will be happy to recommend you to the future owner or other hat makers.

So with the busyness of life, two kiddos, horses, cows and working a few days in town; I’m not sure how much I will be able to keep up a steady stream of new and featured produces in the future but I will try to be more consistent. If there is something you are looking for or would like please feel free to message me. I would love to help you.
