ONLY ONE WEEK REMAINS TO SHOP OUR CURRENT Lisa & Scott Cylinder WEB SHOP SHOW-“FOR THE BIRDS”!! There are still a few wonderful selections to choose from- like this C**K- A-DOODLE-DO PIN ! This multi- layered whimsical wonder to wear is quite an assembly, 3 layers made up of a dozen individual parts that are hand cut, textured and formed, then soldered, colored, leafed and enamel painted and finally assembled, fitted with a hand sharpened pin stem. This is the perfect pin for and early riser- or someone who is always late, what fun! Find the last one in the shop until next Friday morning when we introduce our final show of 2026! CANARY IN A COAL MINE EARRINGS are a cautionary tale and part of our current Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop show “FOR THE BIRDS”. A harbinger of danger in a coal mine, these birds warned miners that natural gas was present and to get out! More powerful for us after just seeing DIGGER last night- it is so important to be so very cautious with our environment and take care of our planet.🌎 Find these avian heros in our web store for just a little over one week when we change it all up for our final web show of the year on October 23rd! FAST FOOD NECKLACE & EARRINGS are a great set available to purchase in our current Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop show”FOR THE BIRDS”!! Fall is the time to get your bird feeders cleaned and filled to help our feathered friend survive the winter. This set is a super silly combo of birds feeding and feasting using forks on each earring and the necklace is a full robbery/ dinner to go! The feeder is hand made and filled with real birdseed making this a must have for any bird watcher. MAINE CRAFT WEEKEND is happening this Saturday and Sunday! Come visit us and many other wonderful craft artists Tandem Glass in Dresden! Check out the open studios listed Maine Crafts Association to map out an exciting weekend adventure where you can drop into so many studios to see artists and their works, see demos, and learn about crafts. We look forward to spending time with our friends this weekend sharing our love for crafts with you! Our “FOR THE BIRDS” Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop show is half way over and there are still some wonderful bird items remaining in the shop! Like this NESTLE PIN depicting two parents watching over their golden egg! This sweet pin is hand fabricated in mixed metals with a sweet fluff of beautiful mossy polyester as a nest- with a 23ky plated hand formed egg in the center. Such a sweet image and a great gift for a first time parent, a grandmother- or someone who is really into birds! Find this and more bird specific works in our shop while quantities remain thru Oct 22nd. FLOWER BIRD EARRINGS are an interpretation of a wonderful drawing made by our daughter Isabel when she was 2! She was so proud to present us with her drawing of a turkey- and we immediately saw this wonderful and whimsical combination of bird and flower! Find them in our Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop during our current web shop show “FOR THE BIRDS” featuring our favorite subject- BIRDS! These are made in mixed metals, antiqued and decorated with bright orange enamel painted beaks, glass eyes and of course, moving legs! Thanks Isabel for the inspiration and we hope you find them delightful and grab a pair before we change up the web shop October 23rd. A much needed break from the studio discovering Nova Scotia! What an amazing place with super nice people and beautiful sites to inspire us. The Bay of Fundy- amazing! Coastal hiking- wet and wild! Halifax- delicious foods and drinks. The lower coast delightful! Hiking in Keji park- truly wonderful- we have never seen so many giant hemlocks or so many mushrooms!!! Heading home in a few days refreshed and ready for fall making and shows with full hearts and cleaned minds. Ahhhhhh. ❤️🍄💪😍

CHICKEN LITTLE NECKLACE is a petite sized delight and part of our current Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop show “FOR THE BIRDS”! Hand made in antiqued brass with enamel painted accents, this cute lil chick has a half wooden domino body that supports a beautiful hand cast epoxy resin eye and tiny swinging legs. Perfect for the chicken lover- or that special someone who is a bit chicken- there is only 1 remaining in the shop to scoop up!! HAWK & DOVE EARRINGS are part of our latest Lisa & Scott Cylinder web shop show “ FOR THE BIRDS” and are a great way to display your inner conflict about our world currently! With the onslaught of TV spots and general chatter about the upcoming mid- terms, these sweet little birds just say it all about conflict/war and peace, which is in all of us as we wind our way to November’s elections. Made by hand textured and fabricated brass, each has enamel painted surfaces and rich detail that show true colors for each side of this discussion.
