He mixes ink, watercolors and other materials in his work to evoke movement and form. He is a award winning artist and is recognized by the Georgia Watercolor Society as a Signature Member in
2012. He teaches workshops on his techniques and was the president of the Kudzu Art Center for many years. Most of David's art is created on a larger scale and on canvas or yupo paper. ARTIST STATEMENT:

David took early retirement and decided to pursue his love for art. Most of his career involved design and art in the textile business. His interest in art was enlightened by his travels to many parts of the world. His art and use of color are heavily influenced by the cultures and countries that he has visited. David has been actively painting for nearly five years and truly love's what he is doing. We are launching this new line of Jewelry.
