FROM BACKYARD BEERS TO ONE YEAR IN BUSINESS 🦈🍻

It started with two neighbors, a couple of beers, and one of those conversations that usually ends with, “Man, we should totally open our own pawnshop someday.”

Except these guys actually did it.

After Hurricane Helene flooded their homes and turned life upside down, Kyle and Aaron could’ve put the idea on the back burner.

Instead, somewhere between cleaning up, rebuilding and trying to get life back to normal, they decided to build something else too.

Hammerhead Pawn.

What started as two neighbors drinking backyard beers talking about opening a pawn shop became a real storefront, a real local business, and now — one full year in business.

No big corporate story. No fancy beginning.

Just two local guys, two families coming through a rough year, a crazy idea and the guts to actually go through with it.
