In case you haven’t heard, I have decided to sell the property of K&M Corner Garage. I will continue service up until the auction or near it. I want to thank all my customers over the years and some of you have become personal friends of mine. This will be odd for me stepping away from the repair side of automotive but feel it is the correct choice.
If anyone is interested in the property it will be available for bidding on JULY 25th with an opening bid of $130,000 for the property.
