As some may know, sadly, The Red Rooster Antiques, The Cottage at Chloe, Four Fillies Mercantile, & Silkwood Blooms took a hit from a tornado in Lowery City a week and a half ago. But thankfully NO ONE was injured and things can always be replaced. It was bittersweet emptying out the booths today so repairs can be made, however a huge shout-out to Joann, Susan, Nancy, Reagan, Ashley, and many other great people at The Marketplace that are the definition of TRUE boss-babe-rockstars!!!! These ladies are working hard to bring back a re-vamped marketplace for everyone to enjoy!!!! It was cool seeing so many travelers still stopping in to say hello today, despite the damage everywhere.
Thankfully, The Cottage at Chloe, Silkwood Blooms, & Four Fillies Merchantile are up and running again. However, The Red Rooster will be undergoing a lot of revamping in the next little bit. All of the vendors are temporarily moving out so damages can be repaired.
Many of the amazing vendors at The Red Rooster are just down the road at The Rusty Mule Antiques. A lot of new, cool items are located there, totally recommend a day trip to check them out!!! Have a free day, go grab a great drink & bite to eat at The Four Fillies, some gorgeous plants and gifts at Silkwood Blooms, & The Cottage at Chloe and have a great time finding cool treasures along the way.
