I started out in 2011 making awareness jewelry after neck surgery. It seemed every week, if not daily, I was learning about more and more disorders, syndromes, diseases. One of my major awareness groups is Autism. Everybody says, "Everybody knows somebody with cancer." Well, if you think about it, EVERYBODY knows SOMEBODY with Autism!! I never knew there was a ribbon for everything! In 2013, my da

ughters(all 3) convinced me that I needed to do MORE, go BIG! Step outside my comfort zone. So I did, and sales started picking up! The other thing they had to stop me from doing was just giving it away! I don't make a living off any of this, whatever little I do make, goes right back in to beads and ribbons. If it doesn't pay for itself, I don't do it. From the beginning, my ex-husband kept telling me I needed to change the name, it just wasn't "catchy enough". He didn't get the meaning behind Miss Daisy's Beads and More, but my two inspirations Julie & LeeAnn gave it to me after having to drive me around after my surgery.Tried several others, but nothing ever fit. On Feb 10, 2015, we lost my greatest influence and critic in a hit and run accident. The next day I discovered, after almost 4 years of making awareness jewelry, there was NOT a ribbon for Hit and Run Awareness. Well, guess what?!? There is NOW! Then a couple of nights later, as I lay in bed thinking, I heard Josey's growly voice..... all she said was, "Blue Angel Creations" ..... I HAD my new name!!!! Thank you JLS! So whether you want something custom made, or just want to look at what I already have made, let me know! I still do all the awareness, but also crosses, western, whatever YOU want, I CAN make it happen!! Thank you all and God Bless!!!
