👑 DIÑO THE JEWELER — CEO
Diño The Jeweler is the owner and face of Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry, but he operates with a worldwide team of colleagues, business partners, manufacturers, shipping providers, and other professionals who help keep the business running.
Once you place an order, Diño The Jeweler is responsible for getting your order started and putting the proper process into motion. His team then handles the different stages of the order, including manufacturing coordination, communication, shipping, logistics, order updates, and other necessary business operations.
Diño The Jeweler is also responsible for coordinating payments to the appropriate colleagues, business partners, manufacturers, shipping/postal services, and other parties involved in completing your custom piece.
Because Diño operates with a team, messages and updates from his team may be relayed to customers through Diño The Jeweler, and information from Diño may be communicated through his team.
When you place an order, you are working with Diño The Jeweler and the team behind the brand.

💰 APPOINTMENT & MOLDING
Appointment Fee — $100
The $100 appointment fee secures your scheduled time and date.
The appointment fee is nonrefundable.
Molding Fee — $100
The $100 molding fee covers the proper molding materials and molding service.
The molding fee is nonrefundable if the customer cancels, fails to show up, or does not properly attend their scheduled appointment without following the required cancellation/rescheduling process.
Who Does The Molding?
Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry Team molds all clients.
👑 Personal Molding By Diño The Jeweler — $150
Diño The Jeweler personally molds clients for $150.
Diño travels for work and business, so personal molding availability may be limited and scheduled around his travel and business schedule.
If you pay the $150 personal molding fee to be molded directly by Diño The Jeweler, but Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry Team ends up molding you instead, the $150 payment will be credited toward the total cost of your grillz or custom jewelry order.

🔄 RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling means the appointment process must be started over again.
Applicable appointment and molding fees may be required again depending on the circumstances.
Rescheduling does not automatically mean that you have to repurchase your entire jewelry order.

🔥 RUSH ORDERS
Rush jobs start at $250, on top of all other applicable costs.
Rush pricing does not replace regular appointment, molding, jewelry, tax, shipping, or other applicable fees.
Rush availability depends on the current manufacturing schedule and is not guaranteed to be available for every order.

$350 — Multiple Moldings & Impressions On File
Customers who want multiple moldings or impressions kept on file for future custom pieces may purchase this option for $350.

Want Moldings From Us To Get Your Grill Made By Another Jeweler?

Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry primarily provides professional molding services for customers purchasing their custom grillz from us.
We do not mind helping customers obtain a proper, professional-quality mold, but we do not operate by simply giving out professional molding materials and services for little to nothing.
If you want our team to provide your molding specifically so another jeweler can manufacture your grillz, the molding service is $450.

📅 Production & Preparation
The first week after you get molded is NOT considered a production week.
That first week is our preparation and logistics period.
During this time, our team may be:
Shipping materials to our manufacturer
Waiting for required commodities and materials
Preparing your order and teeth impressions
Shipping your impressions and materials to our manufacturer
Coordinating with our manufacturing team
Preparing everything necessary for production
The day you get molded/fitted does NOT count as a production day.
Production begins the week after you are molded/fitted, following the initial preparation and logistics process.

⚡ Expedited Preparation
If you want to speed up the initial preparation, shipping, and material coordination process, expedited preparation starts at $65–$125, depending on what is required.
Otherwise, the initial preparation week remains part of the normal process.

Keeping payments current and responding promptly to requests can help us move your order through the process more efficiently.

Manufacturing, material availability, shipping, holidays, remolding, design changes, customer payment delays, and circumstances outside of Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry may affect completion times.

🎉 EVENTS & CUSTOM ORDER DEADLINES
PROPER PREPARATION PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE.
Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry is not responsible for guaranteeing that a custom jewelry piece will be completed by a customer’s event date unless the customer has provided sufficient advance time for the order.
Recommended Advance Notice
💎 Custom Grillz:
Come 2–3 weeks in advance.
💎 Custom Pendants:
Come 6–8 weeks in advance.
This recommended timeframe gives our team the opportunity to properly handle molding, design, payments, materials, manufacturing, shipping, and other necessary steps.
We do have jewelry connections and manufacturing relationships that may allow certain orders to be completed faster in some situations.
However, faster service is never automatically guaranteed.
If you want us to TRY to have a custom piece completed faster, you must be proactive and come prepared with the money necessary for expedited services, materials, shipping, manufacturing, or other costs required to attempt to speed up the process.
🚨 EMPHASIS ON “TRY”
We can TRY to have your:
Custom Grillz
Custom Pendant
Custom Jewelry
completed by a specific date, even if you come only a week in advance.
However, TRY DOES NOT MEAN GUARANTEE.
Custom jewelry takes time, work, coordination, craftsmanship, materials, manufacturing, and dedication.
We cannot guarantee that a custom piece will be completed by an event date simply because a customer needs it quickly.

Most people know when important events are coming.
You know your birthday.
You know your friends’ birthdays.
You know your father’s birthday.
You know your mother’s birthday.
You know your children’s, nieces’, and nephews’ birthdays.
You know Valentine’s Day.
You know Memorial Day.
You know Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Eve.
You know Christmas and Christmas Eve.
You know New Year’s and New Year’s Eve.
Many people know when their alumni events, reunions, graduations, weddings, anniversaries, vacations, parties, and other major events are scheduled.
If you know the event is coming, be proactive.
Do not wait until the last minute and expect a custom piece to be completed on a guaranteed deadline.

We will always TRY to work with customers when they have an important event coming up.
But the best way to increase your chances of having your custom piece ready for your event is:

💎 CUSTOM PENDANTS
Custom pendants start with a $600 deposit.
The $600 deposit begins the computer-aided design (CAD) process.
The final price is determined after we know the customer’s:
Type of metal
Metal purity/karat
Type of diamonds or stones
Diamond/stone quality
Pendant size
Pendant weight
Overall design
Custom bail requirements
Custom bail style
Custom bail weight
Other custom specifications
Once the design and specifications are finalized, the full custom price will be calculated.

🦷 REMOLDING POLICY
Customer Remolding Fees
Top remold: $50
Bottom remold: $50
Remolding may be necessary when the customer does not properly follow molding instructions.
Common customer-related reasons include:
Not biting down completely
Moving the mouth
Talking during molding
Walking around during molding
Talking on the phone
Not remaining still
Failing to follow the molding team’s instructions
However, if the finished grillz do not fit properly because of an issue attributable to Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry or its manufacturing process, the organization will handle the refitting/remake process.
The customer will not be required to make an additional payment at pickup solely because the organization needs to correct its own manufacturing or fit issue.

📦 SHIPPING
Shipping is paid by the customer.
Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry will provide the applicable shipping rates to the customer, and the customer is responsible for paying those shipping costs.
Manufacturing time and shipping time are separate.

👤 CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Every customer must provide their actual and accurate:
First name
Last name
Phone number
Email address
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and updating the business if their information changes.

📲 CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION & UPDATES
Customers receive order updates at least twice per week.
Updates are generally provided on:
Monday and Friday
or around those days depending on the current status of the order.
Because Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry operates with a team, communications may come from Diño The Jeweler or members of his team.
Customers are expected to communicate promptly when the team needs information, approval, payment, or other action required to continue the order.

🕘 BUSINESS HOURS & PHONE POLICY
Normal business hours are:
9:00 AM–5:00 PM

You are making a payment at that time;
You have negotiated an early or late meeting with Diño;
You have arranged to make a payment outside normal business hours; or
You have agreed to applicable early/late service fees.

💰 BALANCE PAYMENTS
Customers may have 7–14 business days to complete their remaining balance after manufacturing is completed, depending on their pay schedule and circumstances.
This allows consideration for customers who are paid weekly or biweekly.
After the applicable payment period, reasonable late fees may be discussed and applied.
Late fees may start around $15 per day, depending on the circumstances.
💵 CASH BALANCE PAYMENTS
If you owe a balance and do not have Apple Pay or Cash App available, but you have cash, you may drop your payment off at:
Superior Clothing Store
Place the cash inside an envelope and clearly include:
Your full name
Your phone number
Your payment amount

📅 PICKUP POLICY
Once manufacturing is completed and the applicable balance has been cleared, videos of the finished jewelry may be sent.
A pickup date will then be scheduled.
If you cannot make your scheduled pickup date, communicate with the business so another pickup arrangement can be made.
Missed Pickup Date
If you do not pick up your jewelry on the originally scheduled pickup date, that date remains the date by which your required payment is due.
Missing your pickup appointment does not automatically extend your payment deadline.
A negotiated pickup fee may apply if another pickup arrangement is required.

📦 COMPLETED JEWELRY HOLDING PERIOD
Completed jewelry will generally be held for 30 days after the scheduled pickup date.
Days 1–7
Customers may coordinate another pickup date without a storage fee, subject to availability.
Days 8–30
The jewelry may continue to be held while the customer arranges pickup. Reasonable storage or handling fees may apply when applicable.
After 30 Days
Customers should contact Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry immediately to arrange retrieval.
Customers who have paid the majority of their order will still be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the transaction and retrieve their jewelry.
The business may take further action concerning unclaimed jewelry consistent with the applicable terms of the order and applicable law.

📸 PICKUP & CAMERA POLICY
Every pickup is recorded on camera.
Customers are expected to arrive:

Clean

🚫 CUSTOM JEWELRY — NO REFUNDS
ALL CUSTOM JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.
Custom jewelry is specifically designed and manufactured according to the customer’s requested specifications.
For that reason, custom jewelry is nonrefundable once the custom process has begun.
If a customer decides to back out after the custom process has already started, Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry may not be able to simply treat the piece as ordinary inventory because the piece was customized specifically for that customer.

🛠️ FIT & MANUFACTURING ISSUES
If finished grillz do not fit properly because of an issue attributable to Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry or its manufacturing process, the organization will work to have the grillz refitted or remade as necessary.
The customer is not required to make an additional payment at pickup solely because the organization needs to correct its own manufacturing or fit issue.
Customer-caused remolding or modifications may be subject to applicable remolding fees.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
By choosing to do business with Diño’s Grillz And Jewelry, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the brand’s applicable terms, conditions, policies, procedures, and agreements.
Whether or not a customer physically signs a separate service agreement, proceeding with an appointment, molding, payment, order, or custom jewelry service constitutes the customer’s acknowledgment of and agreement to the applicable terms and conditions governing the transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to review all policies carefully before submitting payment or beginning an order.
