💎 WHAT’S GOOD EVERYBODY? 💎
I think it’s time for me to address something.
First and foremost, I want to thank every single supporter, customer, follower, and person who has helped my business grow. Whether you’ve purchased from me, shared my posts, passed out my business cards, referred someone to me, or even just sent an inquiry that didn’t result in a sale—I appreciate you all. Every bit of support matters.
For those who don’t know, I offer jewelry for all budgets and preferences. I carry low-quality, mid-quality, and high-quality jewelry across the board. This includes:

My business is built around accommodating the customer as much as possible. I try to work with your budget, your payment method, your timeline, and your vision.
However, there are some things that need to be understood.
When I discuss payment arrangements, that DOES NOT mean you can take possession of your jewelry and pay later.
All balances must be paid before pickup or before your item is shipped. Whether you’re local, out of state, nationwide, or international, the same rule applies.
If I ever agree to a negotiated payment arrangement after completion, it will only be after the majority of the balance has already been paid. In those situations, I may require:
✅ Full Name
✅ Phone Number
✅ Email Address
✅ Billing Address
✅ Shipping Address
✅ Government ID (Front & Back)
✅ References
✅ Card Information On File
✅ Bank Information
✅ Signed Payment Agreement
And even then, I expect the remaining balance to be paid quickly according to the agreed-upon dates.
The reason is simple:
I have a business to run.
This business has expenses every single day. Inventory costs money. Materials cost money. Labor costs money. Shipping costs money. Advertising costs money. Equipment costs money.
Most people only have personal bills. I have personal bills AND business bills. In order for this business engine to keep running, the finances have to be there.
I cannot operate on promises, excuses, or “I’ll get it to you next week.”
Once I begin spending money on your order, that order is active and in motion.
🚨 NO REFUNDS 🚨
The only exception is if I cannot complete your order or cannot source the item you requested. If that happens, I will contact you directly and discuss your options.
Once materials are purchased, labor has started, or inventory has been ordered specifically for your project, that money has already been committed to your order.
Please understand that when you do business with me, whether you sign paperwork or not, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of my business.
If you visit my page, bio, website, pinned posts, forms, invoices, or order information, you can review those policies at any time.
The two biggest things to remember are:
1️⃣ NO REFUNDS once work begins or materials are purchased.
2️⃣ ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE PICKUP OR SHIPPING.
I cannot allow someone to leave with a jewelry piece while still owing $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, or more unless a formal agreement has been made and all required information has been provided.
