Using TIG and Laser welders, we can build up lugs that have previously been polished too thin. We can rebuild threads. We can ensure water tightness in vintage cases. When you send your watch to us, we videotape and photograph the case fro

m multiple angles to ensure there is an accurate record of the condition of the case and watch prior to the service we provide. At that point, we can give you an accurate estimate of the cost of the project. Our process includes documentation of the item; dis-assembly of the watch; ultrasonic cleaning of the case and other components that need to be repaired/refinished; TIG/Laser welding of pits, scratches, low spots, top of lugs; dents; and corrosion; refinishing of the components; form perfect knife-edge anlage on the lugs; ultrasonic bath; thorough drying; documentation; re-assembly of the watch; further documentation. This is a technically challenging process that should not be performed by normal jewelers or watchmakers. Only send your case to professionals to be refinished.
