NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
* A non-refundable deposit of $25 per item is required during the live session to secure and confirm your order. No deposit, no item.
* Your non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your total purchase amount.
* If you cancel your order after the live session, your $25 deposit will be forfeited.
* Full payment must be settled within 24 hours to lock in the live session price/rate.
* Due to fluctuations in the gold market, unpaid items will not be held beyond 24 hours without order confirmation and a non-refundable deposit.
* If you require an extension beyond 24 hours, an additional $3 per gram will apply for up to 3 days. A minimum $25 non-refundable deposit is required.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
* Live selling sessions are held weekly. Orders placed throughout the week will be processed during the following week's shipment.
* Estimated arrival in Colorado is approximately 15-20business days. Please note that delays may occur.
* Once your items arrive in Colorado, your shipment will be processed within 3 business days.
DELAYS & LIABILITY
* Customs clearance, courier delays, and other shipping-related issues are beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
* Once full payment has been processed, any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of 10% of the total purchase amount, in addition to the $25 non-refundable deposit.

* Approved cash refunds will be processed within 15 business days. NO RUSH REFUNDS.
