2026 NAWCC New England Regional was a great event. We only took a few photos because we were so busy talking to people.

This client's Juvenia skeleton pocket watch was encased in glass. At the 5 position, it was severly cracked. There was concern about further cracking, as the client wanted to use his pocket watch. I offered to make an acrylic case for it so the original glass case could be saved. I injected the glass case with UV resin to prevent further cracking and protect it for possible future use.

This client asked for a full restoration of this Bulova Lone Eagle watch. Along with the watch came a bracelet, which the client wanted filled with the black enamel to match the case. Dial was refinished with artificially aged lume.

Here's a neat "Fabergé" egg watch that was a joint restoration with . Steve spent a little over a week with us in our shop working on this project. Repaired the enamel, made the hands, made the key, repaired the chain, repaired the hinges, repaired the dial, and much more.

What a great week last week. We were so busy we only took one photo.
We helped friends move to West Virginia. Picked up a rental car and went just north of Philadelphia to visit our watchmaker friend, Phil Peck. He graciously allowed us to take up his entire Saturday... literally. We were there just after breakfast and left when it was close to bedtime.

Sunday, we drove over to Lancaster for the evening for dinner with NAWCC Executive Director, Rory McEvoy, and his wife. Monday, we toured the museum. As well, Ken Delucca gave us a tour of the clockmaking and watchmaking School of Horology. This museum is beautiful, the displays are very well done, and there are exciting things on the horizon, especially with regard to the school. They are always looking to grow and improve. I promise you the visit is worthwhile and so is a membership.

We left the NAWCC Monday afternoon and headed up to watchmaker Love Hunter's shop just west of New Haven, Connecticut where we spent the evening.

It was wonderful to spend time with colleagues.
