✨Summer Schedule✨
It’s that time of year again — earlier sunrises, kids home from school, and warm weather that calls for yard work, grilling out, and a little swimming. Due to the season change, we will be changing up our yoga & Pilates classes as well to accommodate all the changes in everyone’s schedule.
Starting •this week• classes will be at the following days & times:
Monday | 5:45AM MUSCLE MAT PILATES
&
11:30AM NOURISHING / GENTLE YOGA.
Wednesday | 5:45AM MUSCLE MAT PILATES
Thursday | 6:00PM CLASSICAL MAT PILATES
Saturday | 9:00AM MUSCLE MAT PILATES
We love our group classes but if a private session is more your thing please reach out! Private Pilates sessions are something I’ve been doing for some time now but I’ve never publicly advertised it. Private sessions are great for anyone wanting to develop a strong foundation in the fundamentals of Pilates.
