Each thing from Metal Wrkz is one of a kind and made when you place your order. Most metal is hand cut however some pieces are pre-cut so if it is a little uneven or has a rough edge that is normal for your piece. Please let us know which form of payment you will be using so we may mark it down on the books. Shipping: All items will be shipped (if necessary) within 3-5 business days. I ship First Class with the USPS unless you prefer Priority Mail which comes with tracking and insurance. The standard rate of First Class is usually around $3.50 for a small-medium package. If you live out of town I will be adding shipping onto your charge with your jewelry now. Priority I believe starts around $5.00-6.00. I will have to check to be for certain-- it usually depends on the size of the package. Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the customizing of pieces, the ordering of special findings, and the uniqueness of what we sell we are not accepting returns or issuing refunds. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues that you may have regarding your piece.
