Moving Sale!

Astryd Lowell gave me a wonderful idea earlier, as we are trying to pack up and downsize our house, but also raise money - we are having a huge yard sale next weekend (Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8 )

So, I’ve been watching a lot of the “Try Not to Eat” challenges, and they had an Alice in Wonderland one.

I decided the final meal was what I want for my birthday this year. A Mad Hatter's Tea Party, with pastries and scones, and macaroons and finger sandwiches and a cake. This sounds so fun! 🤩

Total bonus is I celebrate on my unbirthday (Memorial Day) instead of my actual day of birth. A very merry unbirthday to me!

What’s normal to you can be really weird when viewed from the outside.

I dropped a 16oz brown glass bottle of fragrance oil, and it shattered. It wasn’t hard to clean up, but at one point Leland was like, “Honey, you need to go wash your hands.”

I looked down, and was like ‘huh’ my hands were covered in blood and I hadn’t noticed I was injured.

Our roommate, Marquisha started freaking out, until I washed up and showed her it was nothing, just a 2-3mm papercut basically. I just bleed everywhere sometimes.

I have a cute puppy bandaid and still smell like ‘Pixie Dust’.

Why can’t people understand that yes, you have freedom of speech and freedom of religion and freedom to live your "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" BUT so does everyone else, even if their beliefs of what that means is different than yours. Especially, if their beliefs are different than yours.
