Dawn and John Eskins purchased Studio 12 in October 2021 with an eye to continuing the legacy set forth by founder Carolyn Schena. Dawn Eskins is best known for founding one of the first cupcake bakeries in the country and appearing on Food Network's Cupcake Wars. After months of testing, we’re ready to announce Island Bare Simple syrup. It doesn’t get more local than this, unless we buy a cow. Bonus? As Summer approaches, please take a minute to watch. I know I know, you’ve been to the beach before. Even if you’ve been on the beach, your whole life like I have this is important information. Humor me and watch anyway. I can’t express how our hearts grip, every time we hear an ambulance siren and see jet skis pull into the parking lot across the street at the pier. Pay attention to your surroundings. Waves are different at every beach. Ours is wild and natural.
