I've enjoyed seeing Amanda wear my earrings over the last few years on The Young and the Restless. πŸ₯° I'm excited to see where Mishael's career takes her next!

My Short Byzantine Chainmaille Drop Earrings had become a wardrobe staple of The Young and the Restless regular Amanda Sinclair (portrayed by the talented Mishael Morgan). It's been a delight to see Mishael's character don one of my most popular designs again and again throughout the last several se...

What’s this, a new piece? πŸŽ‰ I call this the Equality Ring πŸŒˆβ™€ and it is hand forged from a single strand of silver that overlaps to create an equals sign. This refined symbol of equality is great for everyday wear, and the gentle hammer marks give it a hint of rustic elegance born from tempered strength. πŸ’ͺ🏻

Sometimes when you have a creative block, you just have to go back to basics. Throughout this entire season of COVID, I have had a difficult time creating anything NEW. It probably stems in part from a desire for things to return to the way they used to be (not everything of course! but most things), but it’s also that creating art almost feels like the least important thing right now.

And I know it’s not. I know creating beautiful art in such a time of uncertainty is perhaps even more important now than in times of normalcy, but what I know and what I feel don’t always align. πŸ§ πŸ’œ

I am so grateful for the orders I’ve gotten during this time, even though I have been mostly silent on social media. The physical act of creating the pieces that are familiar to me, pieces that I have made many times before, brings a level of comfort that’s hard to exactly explain. I am thankful for the opportunity to create these pieces, and I hope they provide the same level of comfort to you as well. 😊 Take care of yourselves and each other! πŸ’•
