A Bead In Time Jewelry is an original line by Dale Ellison handcrafted in Austin, Texas since 2010. Ellison takes pride in never designing the exact same piece twice, ensuring exclusivity for her customers. Creating her own metalwork, she geometrically cuts and hammers sheet metal before she begins beading. Ellison incorporates a variety of locally sourced beads, precious stones, vintage charms, c

hain and wire in her work. Finding the beauty within beads has led her to experiment with an array of materials from vintage Czech glass and seed beads to natural stones like turquoise, lapis, coral, jade and pearl. Preparing for an artisan market sounded like such a good idea… several weeks ago. Since then I’ve made new jewelry, reorganized my display 27 times, questioned every pricing decision, and remembered that “meeting new people” is actually part of the process.
