Get close enough and the dial stops being one color.

That's a linen texture across the whole face of the Slate Grey, woven fine enough that at arm's length it just reads grey. Three inches away it's doing something else entirely, and the orange seconds hand is the only thing on the watch that interrupts it.

Saddle Brown, on the khaki nylon.

The dial goes from warm brown at the center out to near black at the edge, and the bezel insert picks up the same tone. It's the one in the lineup that doesn't read like a dive watch until you look twice.

It is one, though. 200m, 120 click uni-directional bezel, C3 lume on the dial, hands and the insert, sapphire with 5x anti-reflective coating applied underneath. 39mm wide, 12mm thick, 47mm lug to lug, Swiss Sellita SW200-1 automatic with 38 hours of reserve.

Ships on the five link bracelet with the seatbelt nylon in the box, which is what it's wearing here.

40 Acres.

Burnt orange, and if you live here you already know exactly what that color means. I did not pick it to be subtle.

Under the color it's the same dive watch as the rest of the Travis line. 39mm, 200m, Swiss Sellita SW200-1 automatic, 120 click uni-directional bezel with C3 lume in the insert, sapphire with the anti-reflective coating applied underneath.

This one ships on the five link bracelet with a hook and loop strap in the box instead of the nylon pass-through.

Live Oak.

A matte green with no shine to it at all, about the color of the canopy over the pool at noon. It goes nearly black in a dim room and then opens all the way up the moment you step outside.

Swipe and the lights go off. Swiss C3 X1 lume on every marker, both hands, and the pip in the bezel, because a dive watch that you can't read in the dark isn't finished.

42mm, 200m, Swiss ETA 2824-2 top grade, 38 hours of reserve, sapphire crystal in front and a sapphire case back. 3 link bracelet and an FKM tropical rubber strap, both in the box.

Margarita.

Barton Springs is back, and this is the loud one. Lime dial, Swiss C3 X1 lume on the markers and the hands, and a 120 click uni-directional bezel with a lumed pip so you can still find it when the light goes.

42mm, 316L steel, 200m of water resistance. Swiss ETA 2824-2 top grade inside, 25 jewels, 38 hours of reserve, sapphire front and back. It ships with the 3 link bracelet and an FKM tropical rubber strap, both in the box.

68 degrees, year round.

That's Barton Springs. Spring fed, three springs feeding one pool in the middle of Austin, and it holds 68 degrees whether it's February or the worst week of August. The Tonkawa were using that water long before any of this was a city.

The brief for a watch named after it has never changed. It has to actually swim. 200m of water resistance, a 120 click uni-directional bezel with a lumed pip, and C3 X1 lume on the markers and the hands.

The MkIV comes two ways. Margarita is lime and loud about it. Live Oak is matte green and says nothing. Both on the 3 link bracelet, both with an FKM tropical rubber strap in the box, both with or without a date.

What a day in the shop this morning. I surprised some buddies with their own custom watches, that they then assembled. This is something I’ll be bringing as an offering soon to the Showroom, not sure when, but I can’t wait!

Red leather, white dial.

The America 250 ships on the 5 link bracelet, and this red curved end strap is the other way to wear it. Both come in the box. The swap takes about ten seconds and you don't need a tool for it.

Cream dial, green numerals on the 24 hour ring, red GMT hand pointing at it. The color came out of the flag without me ever printing one on the dial.
