Editing video in Canva is fun Fun FUN! A totally new medium for me. This past week, Lexi and I went for a morning paddle on the Colorado, and right near the mouth of Barton Creek: this lovely creature! Just the prior week I had found some Great Blue Heron feathers in the water for the first time. I brought 'em home and disinfected them and I've been so proud to have this medicine here in my home. Then this! I've never EVER had a heron allow me this close- let alone this close for this long! And the drift of my raft created the perfect panning action. And this was actually my second shot. It's as if this bird felt, knew and trusted me... and was ALL IN on what we would create together! Annnnnd... fun fact here- the font I chose due to it's visually matching the vibe of our Herr-on friend here is... coinkydinkly called... ... ... "Herr Von" Mueller.. Well Ahhhhhmen!
