🪷 HELP US CARE FOR THE CAREGIVERS 🪷

We are preparing to welcome the first cohort of the Orí Care Collective, and we are inviting our community to help us build a circle of care around the people who so often hold everyone else.

Presented by Love & Light Healing in partnership with True Alchemy Gardens, the Orí Care Collective is a trauma-informed community wellness initiative created for women, transgender, and non-binary activists and community defenders.

Through meditation, breathwork, mindfulness practices, restorative healing circles, wellness services, and intentional rest, participants will have space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and replenish the energy needed to continue their work without sacrificing their own well-being.

Because healing should never be limited by someone’s finances or access to transportation, we are currently seeking monetary and in-kind donations for our first cohort.

We especially need:

🪷Meditation cushions
🪷 Yoga mats
🪷Journals, herbal teas, candles, and other wellness products for participant care boxes
🪷Monetary donations for our transportation fund so participants can receive rides to in-person gatherings when needed
🪷Financial support for additional program supplies and participant care

Whether you donate one yoga mat, contribute products from your wellness business, sponsor a participant’s transportation, or give financially, your support will help make this program welcoming, accessible, and rooted in genuine community care.

This is more than filling care boxes. It is helping create a place where those who carry so much can finally set some of it down.

The 2026 Winter Cohort of The Goddess Path is officially open for registration.

The Goddess Path is an eight-week guided journey for those who are ready to dive more deeply into themselves, strengthen their spiritual connection, and explore who they are beneath expectations, survival patterns, assigned roles, and outdated beliefs.

We will journey through The Goddess Path Spiritual Workbook together—not simply reading the pages, but applying the teachings through reflection, spiritual practice, meaningful conversation, and intentional inner work.

Each participant will receive a Goddess Path Kit containing the workbook and additional tools that we will use throughout our eight weeks together.

🌿✨ REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH
There is something powerful about knowing how to work with the plants for yourself—not simply purchasing herbal preparations, but understanding why we choose certain herbs, how we extract their medicine, and how to create with intention and care.
On Sunday, September 13th, we’ll gather for our hands-on Herbal Alchemy: Tincture Making Workshop.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of traditional tincture making, including herbal selection, menstruums, ratios, preparation and storage, while also discussing the differences between true tinctures and other herbal extraction methods.
And, of course, you’ll make your own herbal preparation to take home. 🌱
Because this is a hands-on workshop, registration closes several days beforehand. I prepare the herbs, bottles, materials and supplies based on our final number of students, and I want every person who sits at the table to have everything they need for the full experience.
