2-6-26 “Wag your tail to all dark matter.”

Star left us, held in our loving embrace, she shed her mortal coil and has returned to her namesake. She is free and we are missing her so much, but glad she is not suffering.

During her last hours in this embodiment, she was among kind strangers in Tucson at VEG, Veterinary Emergency Group where an oxygen chamber eased her breathing. It maybe gives her what we cannot? I doubt it matters to her for her heart has grown too large for her body.

Atmosphere is merely what her tight little torso ached for, yet her being is of a finer purity, requiring nothing but connectivity. Love.

Her beloved little bowed legs touched the earth here, there, everywhere, yet in truth she was only ever a shooting star dropping into our human hearts five years ago. What matters? Love matters.

For a time, she made manifest with every breath, every wag of her tail, a solidity that many lives have depended upon. Nothing so fine can be contained in dense matter for too long, for this is not where it belongs.
