ArtFields is one of my favorite shows. The entire city of South Lake, SC is filled with over 400 paintings and sculptures from artists across the Southeast.

The vibe is so relaxed and collaborative with artist talks, portrait and landscape contests. It’s such a fun, festive time.

This is my portrait of legendary poet Dr. Maya Angelou.

I'm very excited that my portrait of Dr. Maya Angelou will be included in the 13th Annual ArtFields 2025 show.

The show will be held from April 25-May 3, 2025 in Lake City, SC and artists from 12 southeastern states will participate.

This is a large, heavy piece of Oil on canvas. The frame is sculpted acrylic and concrete on pine.
