Meet PWB member Elizabeth Black, Co-owner and Vice President at FFI Framing and Construction! 🎉
Elizabeth leads the company's business and administrative operations with a passion for building strong partnerships and advancing professionalism within the construction industry.
Growing up around residential construction, she learned early that a home is much more than lumber and nails—it's where life happens. She often reminds her team, "We're not just framing houses—we're helping build homes where families will create a lifetime of memories." That belief continues to inspire her every day.
Elizabeth is passionate about strengthening the construction industry by building relationships through organizations like PWB, encouraging more women to pursue careers in construction (including two of her own daughters who are in the industry) and supporting organizations such as HomeAid and Habitat for Humanity that help provide safe, stable housing for those in need.
She is committed to helping build not only quality homes but also raise awareness about the vital role trade partners play in a stronger, more connected construction community.
When she is not at work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.
