Ready to start a custom bracelet commission! I don’t work very often in steel because it hurts my little lady hands and wrists. It’s an original design inspired by Rebeca Mojica’s zig zag byzantine. Time to get weaving.

I got myself a nice custom work tray! I tried a spray stain for the first time. It’s far from perfect but also not a disaster. I’m definitely looking forward to being a bit more mobile with my work without losing rings in and under the sofa. 🐺🐾

I have been prototyping some new designs, trying different sizes and materials. I’m pretty happy with the sunburst design but I realize a should probably reverse the weave if I’m making pairs of earrings for the sake of symmetry. Meanwhile, I’m really happy that I finally got the math right to make a stable, petite version of the spiral rose! It was a bit like Goldilocks. These rings are too loose. These rings are too tight. But these rings were just right! 😄 🐺🐾

Tonight’s quick-ish project. I’m prototyping some designs for a new collection. I think this bracelet is a keeper! Now, to see if I can scale this up one more gauge for a chunkier option. Many thanks to my boyfriend for lending his wrist to model. It was far too long for my tiny bird wrists. 😄 🐺🐾

After a nearly half-decade break from jewelry, I decided to make a fresh start and start creating again. I hope you'll come along on this journey with me! So why this name? I'm paying homage to my heritage which is both Celtic and Norse in origin. Plus, I'm a sucker for alliteration.
