After we shared the news about our shop’s upcoming transition yesterday, we had such an incredible outpouring of support and love from this beautiful community and from our customers far and wide. I am so touched by all of the kind words and memories that were shared with us yesterday.

I also had many questions about why this is happening, what this change means and what the future of Blanca Flor will look like.

For over 30 years our storefront at 34 Market Space has been the heart of Blanca Flor. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to grow up in this space and get to know so many of you and your stories.

Over the past few years, our shops owner, and my mother, Donna, has been preparing for a well-deserved retirement and I have been slowly moving into her role. With that transition, we have decided to sell our beloved building so that Donna can lean in and fully enjoy her next chapter. This will give Blanca Flor the chance to evolve in a way that will allow us to honor our past while embracing new opportunities for the future.

What comes next for Blanca Flor?

Our downtown Annapolis storefront will remain open through July 15th, and we invite you to stop in, shop our collections , and celebrate this exciting transition with us. During this time we will offer a special “Thank You”Sale.
