Something is blooming 🌸 in my studio…
The second Wellness Art Workshop is coming.
This time, we’ll be creating peonies in cold porcelain, a flower that symbolizes rebirth, softness, hope, and blooming again after difficult seasons.
The first workshop was so special.

For my Iowa community 🤍

For over 15 years, cold porcelain has been my way of creating with intention — a slow, grounding practice where shaping each petal becomes a moment of presence. My work has been exhibited in multiple shows and is represented online through Saatchi Art.

After many of you asked about my process, I’m opening a small, curated experience.

On Thursday, April 9, in Ankeny, Iowa (USA), I’ll be hosting an intimate Cold Porcelain Rose Workshop.

This 2.5-hour session is designed as a refined, wellness-infused creative immersion — blending art, presence, breathwork, tea, and a gentle return to yourself. This is not a craft night; it’s a high-end artistic experience.

Healing My Inner Child - Mixed media, 2025
There's something deeply meditative about working with cold porcelain. With each petal I sculpt, I find calm. With each detail I shape, I discover peace.
This piece represents two versions of myself: the larger flower, fully bloomed and rooted in who I've become, and the smaller rose, fragile, tender, still growing. You can see the cracked gold leaf on the small rose, marks from where I carefully repaired her, held her gently, and helped her heal.
Creating has become my sanctuary.

I was invited as a guest artist celebrating 25 years of Dia de los Mu***os at Des Moines Art Center. It was such a joy to share a live demostration of my cold porcelain flowers and to connect with so many wonderful people. Truly an honor to be part of this meaningful event.
