23 ปีแห่งความรัก และการจากลาที่ไม่มีคำกล่าวคำร่ำลา....
มีคนเคยบอกว่า... ที่ทำงานไม่ใช่แค่ที่หาเลี้ยงชีพ แต่คือ "บ้านหลังที่สอง" และสำหรับ ศิริรัตน์ พิมลี (โอ) คือสมาชิกคนสำคัญที่อยู่กับบ้านหลังนี้มานานกว่า 23 ปี

วันนี้ หัวใจของพวกเราทุกคนแตกสลาย เมื่อต้องรับรู้ว่าสมาชิกในครอบครัวคนนี้ได้จากพวกเราไปอย่างกะทันหัน
ความเงียบเหงาที่เกิดขึ้นมันช่างรวดเร็วเสียจนไม่มีใครตั้งตัวทัน ไม่มีเวลาให้เราได้เตรียมใจ และไม่มีโอกาสแม้แต่จะเอ่ยคำว่า "ลาก่อน"

ตลอดสองทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา...
เราเห็นโอมาตั้งแต่เริ่มเดิน จนกลายเป็นเสาหลักที่แข็งแรงของบ้านหลังนี้ โอไม่ใช่แค่พนักงานที่ขยันหรืออดทน แต่โอคือคนที่คอยซัพพอร์ตเพื่อนข้างๆ คือคนที่เดินเข้ามาพร้อมรอยยิ้มในวันที่เหนื่อยล้า และคือคนที่ทุ่มเททุกอย่างเพื่อให้ครอบครัวของเราก้าวไปข้างหน้า

23 ปีที่ผ่านมา มันไม่ใช่แค่ตัวเลข... แต่มันคือความผูกพัน มันคือการกินข้าวด้วยกัน หัวเราะด้วยกัน และแก้ปัญหาด้วยกันมานับครั้งไม่ถ้วน ความดีและน้ำใจของโอได้ถูกสลักไว้ในทุกมุมของที่ทำงานแห่งนี้ และจะไม่มีวันเลือนหายไปตามกาลเวลา

ถึงโอ... ขอบคุณเหลือเกินที่เลือกมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในชีวิตของพวกเรา ขอบคุณที่เหนื่อยมาด้วยกันตลอด 23 ปี วันนี้โอได้พักผ่อนแล้วนะ ไม่ต้องห่วงทางนี้ ความทรงจำที่แสนงดงามที่โอฝากไว้ จะเป็นสมบัติที่ล้ำค่าที่สุดของพวกเราตลอดไป

ขอให้ดวงวิญญาณของโอเดินทางสู่ดินแดนที่สงบสุข และขอส่งความรักทั้งหมดที่พวกเรามี เป็นกำลังใจให้ครอบครัวของโอในช่วงเวลาที่มืดมนที่สุดนี้

23 Years of Love, and a Farewell Without Goodbye...
Some say that a workplace is more than just a place to earn a living; it is a "second home." For us, Sirirat Pimonlee (O) was a vital member of this family, one who graced this home for over 23 years.

Today, our hearts are shattered. To lose a family member so suddenly has left us in a silence so profound and unexpected. There was no time to prepare, no moment to brace ourselves, and not even a chance to say "goodbye."

Throughout these past two decades...
We watched O grow from her first steps here into a steadfast pillar of this house. She wasn't just a hardworking or resilient employee; she was the one who always supported those beside her. She was the smile that walked in on our most tiring days, and the person who gave everything to keep our family moving forward.

These 23 years are more than just a number.
They represent a lifetime of shared meals, shared laughter, and countless challenges solved together. O’s kindness and spirit are etched into every corner of this office, and they will never fade with time.

Thank you so much for choosing to be a part of our lives. Thank you for persevering alongside us for 23 years. You can rest now; please do not worry about anything here. The beautiful memories you’ve left behind will be our most precious treasure forever.

Guided by the ethos "help those who want help," Look Beyond empowers individuals within Thai prisons to reshape their lives. By upcycling surplus fabrics and mastering arts and crafts, participants gain the hope, pride, and professional skills needed to break the cycle of re-offending and shape their own destinies.

Net proceeds from this gathering go directly to support these upskill projects at the Central Women’s Correctional Institution. Together with partners like Onyx Hospitality Group, UN Women, JFCCT, BeLuThai, and the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, we are transforming barriers into real opportunities.
