ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา bound by oath ให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนางานออกแบบที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ โดยผลงานบางรายการเป็นผลงานที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองภายใต้กฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และทางแบรนด์ให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งกับการปกป้องสิทธิในผลงานดังกล่าว

ที่ผ่านมา ทางแบรนด์ตรวจพบกรณีที่มีการผลิต ลอกเลียนแบบ และนำสินค้าที่มีลักษณะและรูปแบบคล้ายคลึงกับผลงานที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองของ bound by oath ไปจำหน่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ซึ่งในบางกรณีทางแบรนด์ได้มอบหมายให้ที่ปรึกษากฎหมายดำเนินการส่งหนังสือแจ้งเตือนอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว

สำหรับกรณีที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งเตือนและได้ให้ความร่วมมือกับทางแบรนด์ เราขอขอบคุณที่เข้าใจและเคารพสิทธิของเราในฐานะผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน รวมถึงให้ความสำคัญกับคุณค่าของทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

การเผยแพร่ประกาศและเอกสารฉบับนี้ ไม่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดเผยตัวตนหรือสร้างความเสียหายแก่บุคคลหรือร้านค้าใด ทางแบรนด์จึงได้ปิดบังชื่อและข้อมูลที่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลหรือร้านค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง

อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางแบรนด์ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ขณะนี้ยังมีกรณีอื่นที่เราตรวจพบและอยู่ระหว่างการรวบรวมหลักฐาน หากมีการผลิต จำหน่าย หรือเตรียมจำหน่ายสินค้าที่อาจเข้าข่ายละเมิดสิทธิในผลงานที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองของ bound by oath ทางแบรนด์ขอให้ยุติการดำเนินการดังกล่าว

สำหรับกรณีที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งเตือนแล้ว แต่ยังคงมีการผลิต จำหน่าย หรือดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป ทางแบรนด์จะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนทางกฎหมายที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิของเราต่อไป

ประกาศนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อป้องกันการละเมิดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต และเพื่อยืนยันว่า bound by oath ให้ความสำคัญกับการปกป้องผลงานสร้างสรรค์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของแบรนด์อย่างจริงจัง

An evening of good company, conversations, and live jazz — celebrating a ring inspired by the spirit of Miles Davis and the world of jazz.

Crafted in raw brass and set with black onyx, The Miles Ring is designed to develop a natural patina with every wear, becoming more personal with time.

The Miles Ring — Launch Evening.

A look back at last night as we celebrated the launch of The Miles Ring, a special collaboration between The Decorum and bound by oath.

Inspired by the world of jazz, The Miles Ring is crafted in raw brass and set with black onyx, with proportions designed to sit naturally on the pinky.

Left unplated, the brass will gradually develop a natural patina over time — allowing each ring to age differently and take on a character of its own.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the evening and became part of The Miles Ring’s first chapter.

THE MILES RING

A reinterpretation of an icon.

Inspired by the ring once worn by Miles Davis, The Miles Ring reinterprets his signature piece through a new language — 18K Yellow Gold becomes Solid Brass, Diamond becomes Black Onyx, and its proportions are reshaped for the pinky as well as other preferred fingers.

Brass connects the ring to Miles’ world of jazz and the trumpet, while its natural patina allows each piece to evolve with its wearer.

Our first collaboration. Launching 26 August 2026.
