“การเลือกใช้กระดาษไขเริ่มจากความทรงจำที่พร่าเลือน วัสดุที่เปราะบาง เบลอ และขาดง่ายมาใช้สร้างภาพเหล่านั้น ขณะที่แผ่นไม้มาจากความทรงจำของบทสนทนาบนระเบียงที่เป็นพื้นไม้ เป็นพื้นที่ของความรู้สึกปลอดภัย จึงจงใจเลือกใช้ไม้เก่าที่ถูกรื้อถอนจากบ้าน เพื่อสื่อถึง “บ้าน” และความอบอุ่นที่เคยมีอยู่
ในงานมีการซ้อนชั้นของภาพวาดและการเย็บ ซึ่งเป็นทั้งการประสานและการปิดผนึกในเวลาเดียวกัน ทุกครั้งที่เข็มทิ่มลงบนกระดาษก็เหมือนทิ่มลงบนความรู้สึกของตนเอง เป็นการทบทวนภายใน
ความทรงจำในแต่ละชิ้นเป็นการทับซ้อนของช่วงเวลาที่พาย้อนกลับไปถึงสามปีก่อนมาสู่ปัจจุบัน ตั้งแต่แสงแดดยามเช้าที่กระทบหน้าต่างและบานประตู ห้วงเวลาของความหวานเพียงชั่วครู่ที่ยังคงหลงเหลือเป็นบรรยากาศ ไปจนถึงภาพลาง ๆ ของการที่ครั้งหนึ่งเคยได้พักพิงกัน แผ่นหลังที่ดูมั่นคงแต่กลับเป็นกำแพง ก่อมวลความรู้สึกที่ยังคงตกค้าง และท้ายที่สุด ชิ้นงานบานพับทำหน้าที่เป็นการสรุปและยอมรับตนเอง”

“The choice of tracing paper began with blurred memories. A fragile, hazy, and easily torn material was selected to embody those images. Meanwhile, the wooden boards recall conversations on a wooden balcony floor, a space of safety. Old wood salvaged from a dismantled house was deliberately chosen to evoke “home” and the warmth once present.
Within the work, layers of painting and stitching overlap, both binding and sealing at once. Each time the needle pierces the paper, it is as though it pierces the artist’s own feelings, becoming an act of inner reflection.
Each memory is a superimposition of moments spanning three years past to the present: from morning sunlight striking windows and doors, to fleeting sweetness that lingers only as atmosphere, to faint images of once having sheltered together. A back once steady yet ultimately a wall, generating residues of feeling that remain. Finally, the hinged piece serves as a conclusion, an acceptance of the self.”
