Hizbullah Safi is a professional gemstone cutter from Kunar Province, Afghanistan.
He has been working in the gemstone industry since 2001 and has extensive international experience.

He completed Master in Commerce, and also studied Gemology and Faceting.
He received training and certificates from Engineering University Peshawar.
