A GIA certificate is important, but it doesn’t tell you everything.

Carat is weight, not how big the diamond actually looks.
Clarity grade doesn’t tell you if an inclusion is black or noticeable.
Excellent polish and symmetry don’t guarantee a beautiful shape.
Color can look different face-up from the grade on paper.
And most importantly, a cert can’t tell you how much the diamond actually sparkles.

At M&B Private Jewelers, we don’t let the certificate tell the whole story. We look at the actual diamond and help you choose what truly matters.
