Even today in our modern society, we have a naval ship named HMS Belos. HMS Belos acts as submarine rescue ship and is Swedens largest naval ship. Belos is also nautical associated in Greek mythology where Belos was king of Egypt and the illegitimate son of Poseidon, god of the sea. The company

r every moment, every season and for everyone! It all started back in 2011 when we went to Utö, an amazing island just outside Stockholm. Magnus showed Andreas his new watch. Clean white dial, case of rose gold, brown leather strap and quartz movement. The only thing missing was the smooth sliding second hand only able with an mechanical clockwork. The poorly done napkin sketches finally, 4 years later, resulted in the Belos series Utö. The vision has been to create a nautical watch with influences from the beautiful archipelago surrounding Stockholm, packed with a self-winding automatic clockwork and genuine leather strap. We were both raised in the Stockholm archipelago, spending the summers learning how to read charts and plot courses. Fly over the bays, camp on flat rocks, walk around the marinas admiring all the beautiful boats and just enjoy the scenery that is the Stockholm archipelago. That’s what Belos Watches is all about! The self-winding automatic movement (Miyota 9015) and its 28 800 vibrations per hour makes the second hand float beautifully around the dial. The dial is designed by us and displays the Belos crown and the coordinates of Utö, right where it all started. The strap is made of high quality calf leather and comes in black or brown with a butterfly-style clasp in stainless steel or rose gold. We really hope you like what we are doing!
