We are proud to have had the honour of acting as an advisor for the Bocuse d'Or Sweden team's participation in Lyon today.
In the company of Lursta, Widholm Thimamder, Gustav Leonhardt Noel Moglia Peter Jelksäter, Adam Dahlberg and Tommy Myllymäki, we have seen jewellery in the shape of a plate and a platter take form
We have advised on the intersection of jewellery and food, adding our perspective of food as a gemstone.
Gustav and the team compete for Sweden in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or culinary competition in Lyon on Sunday, January 26th, starting at 9:30 a.m. You can follow the competition live on the following link:
