Ne-am întors din vacanță.

Cu poze frumoase, bronz pe alocuri și convingerea complet nerealistă că acum o să avem foarte multă energie. ☀️

Cât am lipsit, echipa Icrushenko s-a mărit cu o colegă nouă. Foarte tânără. Fără experiență. Salvată de pe stradă și angajată fără interviu.
În prima zi a intrat în toate cutiile, a atacat materialele și a adormit la locul de muncă.
Am decis că se integrează perfect. 🐈‍⬛

Dar gata cu vacanța și muzica liniștită.

Weekendul viitor, 28-30 august, ne vedem la BALKANIK! Festival. Noi venim cu bijuteriile. Noua colegă nu vine, pentru că încă nu știe să dea rest.

Și de aici intră Zdob și Zdub 💥

We’re back from holiday.

With pretty pictures, patches of tan and the completely unrealistic belief that we now have lots of energy. ☀️

While we were away, the Icrushenko team got a new colleague. Very young. No experience. Rescued from the streets and hired without an interview.
On her first day, she climbed into every box, attacked the materials and fell asleep at work.
We decided she fits in perfectly. 🐈‍⬛

But enough with the holiday and the quiet music.

Next weekend, August 28-30, we’ll see you at BALKANIK Festival. We’re bringing the jewellery. Our new colleague isn’t coming because she still can’t give change.

And this is where Zdob și Zdub’s kick in. 💥

Interval — un inel construit din ritm, repetiție și mici rupturi controlate.
Argint, gravură și patină. Restul ține de proporție, lumină și felul în care se mișcă pe mână.

Abanos și argint, duse la limită.
Formă controlată, dar nu rigidă. Cât să țină ritmul fără să fie plictisitori.

Icruș s-a luptat serios cu ei. Nu ca să iasă perfecți, ci ca să rămână curați, controlați și ușori.

Cel mai probabil rămân așa. One of a kind. Oricum, nici lemn nu mai avem.

Ebony and silver, pushed to the limit.
Controlled form, but not rigid. Just enough to hold the rhythm without getting boring.

Icruș really fought with these. Not to make them perfect, but to keep them clean, controlled, and light.

They’ll most likely stay this way. One of a kind. We’re out of this wood anyway.

A pornit din ritm. Din felul în care ceva se repetă, se ajustează, se ține sub control — dar nu complet.

Structura radială, liniile concentrice, totul e construit ca să sugereze mișcare, chiar și când nu se mișcă.

All That Jazz e despre tensiunea asta fină dintre control și improvizație.
Între construcție și moment.

All That Jazz didn’t start from form.

It started from rhythm. From the way something repeats, adjusts, stays under control — but not entirely.

Radial structure, concentric lines — everything is built to suggest movement, even when it stands still.

All That Jazz sits in that subtle tension between control and improvisation.

O formă simplă pe care am lăsat-o în pace. Fără decorațiuni inutile, fără complicații de dragul detaliului.

Argintul face ce știe — prinde lumina.
Abanosul contrastează fix cât trebuie.

Sunt construiți integral în atelierul nostru, inclusiv mecanismul. Nu ne prea plac piesele standard.

Rezultatul e direct: curat, controlat, purtabil fără să devină cuminte.

A simple form we chose to leave alone. No unnecessary decoration, no complexity for the sake of detail.

Silver does what it does best — catches the light.
Ebony contrasts just enough.

They are entirely handcrafted in our workshop, including the mechanism. We’re not big fans of standard components.

The result is straightforward: clean, controlled, wearable without becoming tamed.
