5. For Lalamove and Grab deliveries, you can opt to pay when the rider you booked is at our location. You can video call your rider to ensure that the item/s you purchased are visible and ready for pickup. We will hand over them item/s to your booked rider when we receive/confirm the payment. This is to prevent scammers.
