Hey. How are y’all holding up? It’s been 5 months of dealing with this pandemic and it’s hard how still we cannot see the light at the end of this long, dark tunnel.

Keep in mind to take care of ourselves, meditate from time to time, and it’s ok to feel & embrace whatever you’re feeling, it’s always valid.

100,000 confirmed cases (and counting), we must not forget. They are not just numbers, but individuals who deal with great amount of anxiety, impoverish, & depression. Some of them passed, most of them are getting better. People who lost their jobs, people who got lesser choices, and those who are unfortunate ones, we must not forget. Frontliners carry mostly the weight of the problem at this time and we must also never invalidate their sacrifices.

At the end of all these, I hope the first ray of sunlight that will fo**le our skin, shall soon again make us feel alive, give us full hope of tomorrows, to start over and to keep on going.

But today, take your time to process everything, give yourself a good breathe, and believe not just for the betterment of our situation, but believe in yourself that you can conquer everything. Keep on shining. ✨
