We are using ordinary printers.

Our lead time for our clients with bulk orders is 7 working days. Naghihintay sila. And we have repeat clients.
Our books are not flawless.
They are 100% imperfect.
But why our clients keep on coming back?
We make room for mistakes.
We acknowledged them.
We try to be better.
We do our work with compassion with every client. We listen to them detail by detail. We send them the sample before doing the mass production.
As a founder of Ethereal Joy H-Craft, I still work with our employees. Hands on. I am an overseer.
Para walang ma-miss. Maibibigay ang item sa clients ng hindi nagmimintis. Or if there is, again, we acknowledged the shortcomings.
I am the first one to know. The idea. From layout, printing down to packaging. Una ako. Then just passing it on. And I am the last one to see it, too.
It’s so easy to START a small business.
But so DIFFICULT to maintain —
Too difficult to wait for it to bloom.
And it’s almost impossible for it to run.
But let me tell you,

You own your idea you just have to put it into reality.
