We were able to get refferals from our customers thats how we get our networks. We use our personal facebook account as our tool for selling and later on create a Facebook page to reach more people. Unfortunately our original page was hacked and shut down.From being a reseller we are also able to get our own resellers from different places in our country. We are thankful for the trust and support from our customers. Now we also have different products and brands.

All Watches warrants to the original consumer that his/her watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 (1) year from date of purchase. During this period, the watch movement will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of NEw gshock n beyond Watches) free of charge, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. For the battery we cover only upto 6 moths.

This limited warranty does not cover , straps, gold plating, scratches or any damage arising from normal wear, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party . Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country.

_RETURNS POLICY -

Defective items with physical defect will only be accepted if the watch we have delivered to you is found defective within 3 days upon receipt of the item.

All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.

We will not accept the return or exchange of a non-defective watch.
