Good day!

We wish to let everyone know that for this coming week (December 25 to December 30) we won't have an operation here in Pasig. We will be closed for the Holidays.

Work will resume on the 2nd of January, 2024.

Good day!

Nais lang po namin ipaalam para sa mga customers ng Loy's Watch Service Center na napagdesisyunan ng management na mag-implement na po muna ng CUT-OFF para sa tanggap namin ng repairs, buffing at iba pang services. Temporary lang po ito, kailangan lang po namin pahupain ang backlog namin.

Nakakatuwa po yung pagtanggap niyo sa amin, para sa watch needs niyo. Dagsa lang po kasi talaga ang mga relo, inaabot na po ng months yung antayan na tingin po namin ay hindi maganda para sa customer experience. Alam po namin na kaya niyo kami pinili ay para bigyan ang mga relo niyo ng efficient na serbisyo. Yun po ang gagawin namin sa mga current na mga relo na nasa amin ngayon at kapag itutuloy na po namin ulit ang pagtanggap sa mga pagawa niyo. Ayaw lang po namin na matagal kayo mag-aantay sa completion ng mga patrabaho.

Dito ko rin po i-aannounce kung magbabalik na ang pagtanggap namin ng watch services.

May Saturday operation na po tayo sa Pasig. Marami kasi nagrerequest na magkaroon tayo ng kahit isang araw na weekend operation.

Still 9am to 6pm po gaya ng regular working day natin.

Sa mga nagmemessage sa page na ito, kahit yung mga more than 40 weeks na, tapos hindi kayo nasagot, pasensya po kasi sobrang dami inquiries dito ang napunta sa SPAM tapos di ko naman lagi tinitignan yung folder na yon. Susubukan ko pa rin kayo replyan isa-isa kahit alam ko majority non lost business na.

Our Guadalupe, Makati service center is STILL CLOSED. Our current point of operation is in our residence in Pasig City. You may text or message in Viber the number 09162053949 for more information how to get to our place for watch repair or other watch related services.

We also offer pick up of watches to be serviced and delivery of watch that has been serviced to your home or office, for as long as you're around Metro Manila on scheduled dates. Additional charge for pick up and delivery will apply.

This is our way of adapting to the new normal, and we wish to still give all of you top notch service when it comes to watch repair.
