We are looking for 5 more maintenance administrators and would love to have some referrals.

They must have U.S. based property management experience including maintenance, tenant and vendor coordination and communication. At least 2 years experience is preferred although 1 year is acceptable as long as they have other similar experience.

Knowledge using Monday.com, Zendesk and Yardi. If they have 2 out of the 3, that is acceptable.

Streamline workflows across projects, CRM, IT, and development and gain clear visibility to make strategic decisions with confidence.
