Shipping Information
1. Item/s will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.
2. Kindly allow us 24 hours to verify payment. Orders with incomplete details will not be confirmed. We will process your order within 1-2 days after payment is confirmed. Orders will be shipped once all items are complete.
3. Shipping fees are computed based on the total weight of package and location. Each order is charged only the minimum shipping fee (good up to 1 kg).
3. Monday – Friday shipping time is between 6 - 7pm. Friday-Sunday paid orders will be scheduled for processing and will be shipped the following business day -- Monday..
5. Once your orders have been shipped, we will send you a tracking number of your package thru email/sms. We will no longer be responsible for the item/s once it leaves our possession. The tracking number is provided to you to track your packages with the shipping company. Contact details and tracking number will be provided to you once orders have been shipped.
6. Kindly allow 1-2 days for courier to process & deliver your package. Delivery dates are estimates only. Please consider holidays, sundays, weather condition & unavoidable incidents which may cause delay of your package. Couriers are third-party entities. We have no control over courier’s delivery schedules. If for any reason you have difficulties, please feel free to contact us and we will follow-up to the courier.
7. We will not be liable for any damages or lost items incurred during shipping.
8. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer. (Shipping cost will vary on weight of item/s, and shipping location. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
