**Cash Payment
50% Down payment to place the order then the remaining 50% shall be paid upon redeeming the item. Product arrival or delivery timeframe takes 7-14 business days. If consumer failed to pay the remaining 50%, Layaway option will apply.
**Layaway Plan
This allows a consumer to put a product on hold by placing a deposit of at least 25% of the actual cost of the item. Layaway allows the customer to make smaller payments on the product until the purchase price is paid in full, rather than paying for the item with credit and adding interest to the cost. A layaway plan ensures that the chosen merchandise will be in stock and ready for pick-up when the final payment is made.
**Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within 360 Fashion Shop’s sole discretion. Payment for Products can be made by cash remittance, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method. We retains a purchase money security interest in Products until you have paid for them in full.
>> Shipping
Shipping and handling costs are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated in writing as we post our items for sale. Shipping dates are estimates only. Consumer will be provided the delivery details, such as tracking number. In no event will 360 Fashion Shop be liable for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss), while the item is in transit for delivery. Our chosen courier's terms and conditions will then apply. Consumer can opt in to having a delivery insurance by paying 1% of the items actual cost.
>> Your Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your Order for any reason until, but no later than the end of the 30th Working Day after the day of reservation for those who placed an order and chose the lay away option for the payment, and 5th working day for those who opt in to cash payment. 20% of the down payment will be forfeited and will serve as interest for the investment made and time stalled.
>> Returns
Consumers are entitled to return an item on a case to case basis within 7 days from the delivery date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting the seller. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion. Replacements
