Avenue for selection of items to purchase
1.1 Customers can choose from the items for sale posted on our official page, Raquel Pawnshop Online Store.

2. Procedure on how to place your orders
2.1 Send a direct message
2.2 Attach the photo of the item/s chosen. We will be accepting orders as reservations. However, this will be valid for two (2) days only. After the two-day grace period, t

he item chosen under reservation will be available for sale again.

3. Customer Inquiries
3.1 A designated staff will be available via Private Message in Facebook.

4. Mode of Payments
4.1 Bank Deposit – An account number will be given to the customer after he/she has completed the order. The customer will be required to send a soft copy of the proof of payment or deposit slip through private message.
4.2 Any Raquel Pawnshop Branches – Customers are reminded to present a copy of the convo and valid ID.

5. Claim of Purchased Item/s
5.1 Customer’s purchased item/s will be available for pick-up at our branch (Lucena, Tayabas, Pagbilao, Sariaya)
5.2 Purchased items can also be delivered via LBC. For delivery via courier, customers will be informed of the tracking number after shipping. As expected, orders usually arrive not later than 1-3 working days from the day of shipment. Sundays and Official Holidays will not be counted as working days. Possible delays are beyond the company’s control.

6. Replacement/returns
6.1 Replacement/returns will only be accepted if due to misrepresentation. Returns within seven (7) days from date of receipt will be entertained provided that the Raquel Pawnshop official receipt is presented.
