SHOPPING GUIDELINES:

3.) Please settle payment within 3 days after confirmation of orders/reservation or 2 days before batch shipping date.
4.) Shipping fee WILL BE SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER.
5.) Our batch shipping is every other Mondays of the week. (for acc
essories) For Gadgets, we deliver the next day after payment has been made.
6.) Items will be shipped via LBC, Air 21 and JRS Delivery Service once the payments were settled.
7.) NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. Warranty for Gadgets:
Praline's Collections offers 1 YEAR LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY. We will shoulder the repair if it is a factory defect related problem (PARTS not included), otherwise, malfunctions resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions in the manual, exposure to dust, dirt sand,water,dropping or shock will not be covered on our service warranty. Warranty covers only the product itself and does not cover any accessories (lens cap, charger, battery,etc) or consumables. Please keep your warranty slip. We DO NOT reissue it. Loss of warranty slip shall forfeit the warranty claim.
*Damage of products resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions in the manual, exposure to dust, dirt sand, water, accidental dropping of courier or shock will not be covered on our warranty. LAY AWAY PLAN:
What is Lay-away? A purchasing method that allows a consumer to put a product on hold by placing a deposit on the item. Layaway allows the customer to make smaller payments on the product until the purchase price is paid in full. A layaway plan ensures that the chosen merchandise will be in stock and ready for pick-up when the final payment is made.
1) We offer lay-away or terms to our buyers only for our gadgets. Here's how to avail this:
- You need to place a down payment to avail this plan.
- Payments will be every 15-30-15 of the month via bank deposits.
- Your item will be delivered after the final payment is made. Our gadgets are all 100% original, brand new and authentic. We invest money and time on this so please let us all BE REAL AND FAIR!
