I’m Jules Barredo-Domingo, the creator of this page, and everything you find here comes from a way of living that honors simplicity, intention, and natural rhythm.
The theme of my life is nature—natural accessibility.
I believe that what truly works does not need to be complicated or expensive. It only needs intention—and the courage to follow through.
I was born with asthma. Hospitals were my second home. Doctors helped me survive, but they could not teach me how to live well. So eventually, I listened to my body instead. I studied breath. I studied food. I studied rhythm. And one day, asthma no longer lived in me.
Later came psoriasis, arthritis, pain so intense I thought I would die. But even then, my body was not punishing me—it was guiding me. Every condition became a teacher.
That is how Ho’oponopono Living was born—not as a program, but as a way of life. A daily retreat inside ordinary living.
I no longer obey collective emotional commands—celebrate now, feel joy now, perform happiness now. Love does not need Valentine’s Day. Gratitude does not need announcements.
I celebrate quietly. I celebrate the moon phases. I meditate on solstices and equinoxes. Watching the sunrise and sunset everyday still excite me. I live slowly and intentionally . And every day, I remember how sacred it is to be here.
