If your iPhone has a previous replacement made, DO NOT UPDATE yet iOS 18. There’s a big probability your unit won’t be activated. Current iPhone models starting iPhoneXs and up have serials for each of their parts (battery, LCD, cameras etc). Once it does not match the original serial, the device might not activate upon update to the upcoming iOS 18.

I am sensing that because that the volume of repairs of Authorized Apple Service Center are down for the past years, they are forcing us, APPLE USERS, to have repair done by these ASP.

If this comes in fruition, I am expecting tons of complains or even Lawsuits.

Well China tech people will come up to all “securities” developed by Apple even with the latest OS.
