URGENT HIRING: Customer Service Advisor
Basic Qualifications:
1. Male or Female
2. Automotive graduate/Engineering Technology or equivalent
3. Atleast 1 year of working experience in the related field
4. Customer oriented with good communication skills
5. Has the ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
7. Aggressive to take on new challenges
8. Knows how to drive and has a valid drivers license
9. Computer Literate
10. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Successful Applicants will do the following:
1. Greeting customers, obtaining customer and vehicle informations and scheduling services
2. Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
3. Liaison with customers about any additional work required
4. Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
5. Prompt respond to customer requests
6. Ascertain understanding of customers on the dealership payment policy and let him signify his approval of the same
7. Maintain customers file, follow-up by phone and give assurance to customers with major vehicle repairs the utmost satisfaction that the company can offer
8. Giving prompt settlements of customers complaint
9. Do the 28 points check-up, thus, keeping proper repair procedures together with appropriate repair estimates and insurance requirements
10. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
11. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
12. Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
13. Explaining all completed works and charges to customers and do the follow-up 1 week after the job has been completed to ensure that problems are addressed properly.
14. Submit daily reports to the Branch Head for the status of unit repairs and pending
