In celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” the City Government of Cabadbaran, through the City Human Resource Management Office, launches the Digital Poster Making Contest with the theme: “GAD Awareness through the Lens of the Civil Service Month Theme.”
Description:
This poster features a globe surrounded by diverse public servants, including teachers, soldiers, doctors, firefighters, and utility workers, symbolizing unity and service to the nation. Trees and the rising sun in the background represent hope, growth, and a brighter future. At the center is a banner with the slogan: "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayan: Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan," highlighting dedication, honor, and excellence in public service.
📌 VOTING MECHANICS for PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
1. All official entries will be posted on the City Human Resource Management Office - LGU CBR page.
2.Voting period: September 17, 2025 (12:00 PM) to September 22, 2025 (1:00 PM).
3.Points System:
